This is a nice, easy step up for runners used to 5K runs who’d like to try running just a little bit farther. You’ll be running on stony and grassy trails (no need for trail shoes). Depending on the weather, there may be some mud and/or puddles, but your group leaders will make sure everyone is aware of what’s coming up. Under 16s are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult from start to finish.
