There is mix of solid stone paths, woodland trails and open grass meadows, expect some puddles and muddy sections. The routes are largely flat, with only a couple of little rises and falls. All our courses are very comprehensively marked and well marshalled so you can relax and enjoy your run. The night races are marked with glow sticks and reflective signs. Runners need to provide their own head torch to take part.
