Starting from the centre of Knaresborough this chip-timed race climbs gently up through park land on to the old railway track to Harrogate surrounded by beautiful countryside

Great underfoot making for a fast out and back. All runners will receive a ‘Fat Rascal’ and local beer for their efforts, a bespoke medal will be given to you to wear with pride. Parking is available in the adjacent car park and the surrounding side streets. The brief will be sent out to all runners one week before the event.
