The South Cave 10K returns on Sunday 26 July 2026, with another capacity field set to enjoy one of East Yorkshire's most popular summer road races.

Based at South Cave Sporting Club, the event has built a strong reputation for its friendly atmosphere, excellent organisation and enthusiastic local support. Starting and finishing in the picturesque village of South Cave, the race attracts runners from across Yorkshire and beyond each summer.

The accurately measured 10K route takes participants onto the quiet country roads surrounding the village, providing a rewarding challenge through the rolling East Yorkshire countryside. Whether competing for a personal best or simply enjoying a well organised community event, runners can expect a welcoming atmosphere throughout race day.

Demand for places continues to be exceptionally strong, with the 2026 event reaching its 1,000 runner capacity well before race day.
