The Duthie Park 5K & 10K are organised by Up and Running Events and take place within Duthie Park, beside the River Dee in Aberdeen.
Both distances use a 2.5K loop around the grounds of this popular city park, with 5K runners completing two laps and 10K runners completing four. The park setting and compact course make this an accessible event for spectators, while the largely flat route provides runners with an opportunity to maintain a consistent pace.
Both races are chip timed, with distance markers around the course and first aid provision on race day. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and post race goodies, while free race photography is also included.
With the 5K and 10K starting together, the event offers a straightforward city race experience in the green surroundings of Duthie Park, just south of Aberdeen city centre.
