Run To Anfield Places Still Available As Entries Continue To Rise
Secure your place at Anfield...
This relates to: Run To Anfield
Entries are continuing to sell strongly for Run To Anfield 2026, but runners still have time to secure one of the remaining places for this unique Liverpool running experience.
Taking place on Saturday 1 August, the event gives participants the opportunity to run through Stanley Park before crossing the finish line at the world famous Anfield Stadium. The 5K route follows a scenic course around the park before runners enter the stadium environment to celebrate their achievement and collect their official 2026 finisher medal.
With a strict limit of 2,000 places across the event and entries remaining open only until capacity is reached, organisers are encouraging anyone considering taking part to sign up sooner rather than later.
Alongside the 5K, a family friendly 1K Fun Run offers a shorter option for younger participants, families and those looking to enjoy the occasion at a more relaxed pace. Every participant in both events will receive a commemorative event T-shirt and finisher medal.
Run To Anfield is organised in support of the Liverpool FC Foundation, with participants encouraged to raise funds to help the charity continue its work supporting young people, families and communities. Through programmes delivered across Liverpool and beyond, the Foundation provides opportunities that make a positive impact on thousands of lives every year.
The event is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, with runners, joggers and walkers all encouraged to take part. While not officially timed, the accurately measured routes allow participants to challenge themselves while enjoying the atmosphere of one of football's most iconic venues.
For Liverpool supporters, running fans and families alike, Run To Anfield offers the rare opportunity to finish inside the home of Liverpool FC while supporting an important charitable cause.
As of publication, entries were still available via Eventrac here.
