From the intensity of Fire to the grounded strength of Earth, runners can take on all four elemental challenges or choose individual events, making it a dynamic festival of trail running, community, and personal achievement. Collect all four medals and complete the set.
This is one of our timed events where you choose - from 5km to 10km, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, loop course around Thorpe Meadows. All abilities welcome - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit. Everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers' medal.
