All runners get a beany hat, finishers medal and a free hot drink and cake when you hand your race number into to the staff inside the Kawasaki Cafe (There is always the option to buy a massive breakfast before the run too, with the excuse that you can run it off straight afterwards, or eat loads when you get back and save the cake for dessert!)
