York University Challenge
Back for its fifth outing York University Challenge is a 6 hour lapped event taking place through the university grounds

It is an out and back route of 2.2 miles. The route incorporates a slight ascent that in York terms is challenging, but in reality is just a pimple.
It is your challenge. You decide the distance. You can run 1 lap, finish and collect your medal. You can run 6 laps to complete a half marathon, 13 laps for a marathon or just keep on going for the full 6 hours!
All runners receive a fabulous large bookmark style bespoke medal this year featuring a brand new college. Runners will also receive a goody bag. There will be homemade cake for all.
