The tow path on this event is great underfoot so this flat outback maybe the one that allows you to push yourself to the next distance. For this chip-timed event all you have to do is choose one of the seven distances available. Registration is held one hundred yards from the start at the Caroline Social Club. There is a car park just next door although there are a limited amount of spaces, otherwise there is plenty of parking available in the surrounding side streets. As always, we will have array of homemade cakes for all of the runners and their supporters, and the usual chocolate, beer and bespoke medal for finishers.
