Hurry on over for the Hereford 10
A scenic 10 miler to set you up for a spring half marathon.
Any runner thinking about a 10 mile race as preparation for a marathon (or a half marathon) should consider including this in their schedule. The Hereford 10 Mile on Sunday 20 February, a picturesque run on country lanes in Herefordshire and prizes which include a goody bag for the male and female winners from Gymrushuk.
The Hereford 10 Mile Race is organised by Ready Set Go Timing and sponsored by Gymrushuk, a new brand aiming to make a big impact in the world of fitness clothing.
Beginning at 9am with a staggered start from Hereford Rugby Club, this chip timed race follows an undulating route, passing through Lower and Upper Breinton, Swainshill and Brienton Common. There is one water station which runners pass at 4 miles and 7 miles and more water at the finish at the Rugby Club.

There are prizes for the top three men and women and male and female age group prizes in 5 year vet age bands, e.g. 50/55/60. All finishers receive a bespoke medal.
Places are limited to 250 and there are no entries on the day.
