Phoenix Running is inviting you to join them in Gravesend, Kent for their very first solo weekend hosting running events from the brilliant facilities at the Cyclopark

And, they have a fantastic theme with a brand new purple coloured Tiaras & Tutus medal compete with glitter.
This is one of their timed events where you choose - from 5k to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, looped, course around the trails near the Cyclopark. You can even include the local parkrun as your first lap because the start time is coordinated with that! All abilities of runner welcome - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit.
