These events are a little smaller than our weekend events and the entry fee a little less than the standard themed entry, but with no compromise on the legendary medals with a selection of big, bold, bright and epic bling for you to choose from.
The Phoenix Fridays is a series of timed events where you choose - from 5k to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful river Thames. All abilities of runner welcome - complete one lap and you're both a finisher and a winner, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full time limit.
