The Bugatti 10K returns on Wednesday 29 July 2026, bringing runners back to the iconic Prescott Hill Climb for one of Gloucestershire's best-loved summer evening races.

Jointly organised by Almost Athletes and Cheltenham & County Harriers, the event has evolved from its origins as a five mile race at the former Bugatti Inn before becoming the popular 10K enjoyed today. Starting and finishing at the Bugatti Owners' Club, the race combines a welcoming atmosphere with a scenic single lap through the Gloucestershire countryside.

The accurately measured 10K route follows largely quiet country roads and offers plenty of variety. Runners face a fast opening descent followed immediately by a challenging climb before the course settles into gently rolling terrain. A flatter middle section provides an opportunity to find a rhythm before the undulations return for the closing kilometres and the final climb towards the finish.

With chip timing, kilometre markers and a water station around the 6K point, the event caters for both experienced runners and those taking on the distance for the first time. Every finisher receives a bespoke medal, while prizes are awarded across overall, age category and team competitions.

After the race, runners can relax in the Prescott Hill Climb clubhouse where food, refreshments and the prize presentations round off one of the region's most enjoyable midweek running events. Combining sporting heritage, picturesque roads and a friendly club atmosphere, the Bugatti 10K continues to be a highlight of the Gloucestershire racing calendar.
