Fast Summer 10K Returns To Regent's Park
Regent's Park hosts summer 10K...
This relates to: The One In The Park Regent's July
The One In The Park returns to Regent's Park on Sunday 5 July 2026, offering runners the chance to enjoy a fast, traffic free 10K in one of London's most iconic Royal Parks.
Organised by OneRace, the event takes place entirely within Regent's Park on an accurately measured three lap tarmac course. The flat route has become a popular choice for runners targeting personal bests while also welcoming those taking on their first 10K in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Starting and finishing close to Chester Gate, the race features chip timing, kilometre markers, water stations on every lap and a bespoke finisher medal. The course is fully marshalled throughout, with spectators able to watch from a variety of locations around the park as runners complete each lap.
OneRace has quickly established a reputation for delivering professionally organised events that place the participant experience at the centre of race day. The organisation is committed to creating inclusive events that welcome runners of all abilities while also embracing sustainable practices, including the use of environmentally conscious wooden finisher medals across its event portfolio. Accessibility also forms an important part of the OneRace philosophy, with its events designed to accommodate wheelchair users, buggy runners and participants with a wide range of abilities wherever possible.
Whether chasing a fast summer 10K, returning to improve on a previous performance or simply enjoying a morning of running in one of London's finest parks, The One In The Park continues to offer a welcoming race experience in the heart of the capital.
Entries are still open for the July event and you can secure a place via RaceNation here.
