New Route For Hull 10K
Run For All announces multiple new additions to the 2025 Hull 10K...
2025 marks an exciting new chapter for the popular Hull 10K with a new partnership with INEOS recently announced alongside alterations to the popular East Yorkshire route. The race will return to the city on 8 June with organisers aiming to deliver an even more exceptional experience for all those involved, from participants to spectators and volunteers to the local community.
Run For All has been organising the Hull 10K over a decade, bringing together thousands of runners from across the region to celebrate fitness, community spirit and so many charitable causes, including the event’s charity partners; Hull Age UK, Aim Higher, Hull KR Foundation and many more.
Starting and finishing at the Sewell Group Craven Park, home to Hull KR, the new route will feature the East Park Loop as participants take on the extremely flat and straight course. With INEOS’ support, Run For All is able to provide 50 free places to the local community - encouraging all to get involved, whilst supporting local schools with funding towards the delivery of the M2 project; offering girls in years 3-6 a ready-to-activate programme which aims to strengthen confidence and self esteem through the power of movement and mindfulness.
Siobhan Curtis of Run For All commented: “We are thrilled to welcome INEOS as the new title sponsor for our Hull 10K. Their commitment to the community is inspiring and something we’re grateful to be part of. We’re excited to take this event to the next level and work together to make it even more of an unforgettable experience for all involved.
"The new route for 2025 comes after working closely with Hull Council to ensure we can bring the event to the city whilst ongoing Highways works in the centre meant the yearly iteration of the route was unusable. We’re delighted to still be able to offer a fantastic and enjoyable day for all, with the help of Hull KR and believe starting and finishing in the Stadium grounds will be truly iconic.”
Rob Fergie of INEOS said: “We support and encourage a healthy lifestyle for our employees – it is part of our culture – and so to have the opportunity to play a part in empowering members of our own community to achieve fitness goals through running and support their own health and wellbeing is fantastic, all the while being part of an event which raises thousands of pounds for local charities.”
With entries now open, Hull 10K has become one of the regions’ highly anticipated events, attracting participants of all abilities, from first timers to competitive elites and 2025 is set to be no different.
