Glow with the show at Telford Dark Run
Get into Halloween mode at this evening fun run for charity.
Go out on the town on Saturday 29 October at the Telford Dark Run 5K and help raise funds for Hope House Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices. Youngsters, adults, families and friends will complete 5K at Telford Town Park at this fun event that always gets a glowing reference.
The Telford Dark Run 5K is one of three night time events from Hope House Children’s Hospices. The other two are Chirk Castle and Conwy on Saturday 22 October. Such is the popularity of these events that places quickly sell out so don’t delay if you are thinking of entering...
The excitement begins at 6.15pm with a Clubbercise warm up which will get you ready to roll at 6.30pm. A countdown followed by the hooter and away you go, glow sticks in hand as you run, jog or walk two laps (5K) or one lap (2.5K) around the Town Park.
You'll follow a well lit course with cheerful marshals keeping everyone safe and sound whilst encouraging you on your way. Many participants will be in Halloween costume and all will be wearing a head torch, making a visual impact upon this award winning park.
A glow in the dark medal and goody bag awaits you at the finish.
Note: no dogs allowed in the Dark Run 5K. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult.
