Wacky Six October brings a flexible running challenge to Henry Cort in Fareham, where participants can set their own target and see how far they want to go. With up to six hours available, the event puts the emphasis on choosing a distance, running at your own pace and enjoying a relaxed race environment.
Runners can complete anything from 5K through to ultra distance, with 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon targets along the way. The flexible format makes it possible to aim for a familiar distance, step up to something longer or continue beyond marathon distance within the six hour event window.
Wacky Six October has its own themed finisher medal and forms part of the wider Wacky Runs Series held around Portsmouth, Gosport, Fareham and the surrounding area. Entry is open as a standalone challenge, so there is no requirement to complete the other events in the series to take part.
