The course is mainly good quality concrete and gravel paths with a couple of small wooden bridges. Courses all within the Nature reserve. The route is subject to change as in the event of bad weather sometimes the seawall route is closed for the safety of you and the general public.
This event is a 6 hour challenge event so run/walk or crawl as few or as many laps as you like within the time limit. One lap and your a finisher or continue on for a half, marathon or even an ultra! the choice is yours.
