Cowdray and Raw Running are excited to announce 'Run The Seasons at Cowdray,' a new series of races gives runners a unique opportunity to explore the country estate in West Sussex in each season. Race distances will vary throughout the series, but each will include a 10k, as well as a shorter 5k route for the Winter and Summer runs and a longer 10 mile route for the Autumn and Spring runs. Why not enter the 10k run series for a chance to be crowned male or female series winners and be presented with a luxury hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café.
