The course takes runners along the river path and on to the Great Western Way towards Sainsbury's and back. Runners will be split into groups of 4 or 5 and the aim is to get to know fellow runners in your group. This is not a race and is untimed and unmarked so please study the map on the website.
Participants must be pre-registered via the website (which is free). No new people on the day.
