Get ready for lots of mud, hills, bogs, marsh land, lakes, river crossings, tunnels, mud walls, net crawls, water slides, trenches, head dunks, giant bales & more whilst sporting all white. For the challenge, for the fun or just for the mud! Welcome to the White Run!
This is an untimed event so go at your own pace – complete it as a team, with friends and family*, or as fast as you can. No matter how long it takes, you can congratulate yourself for a fantastic achievement as you cross the finish line (and then treat yourself to a bath afterwards – trust us, you’ll need it!).
In Mud We Trust is the chant for this awesome festive 5k White Run in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, with easy access from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton & Bridgnorth.
