The second race of the Babcock series,the Babcock Shettleston 10km will run over a traffic-free course around Glasgow Green and along the River Clyde.

The Green contains historical buildings such as the People's Place and the Royal Doulton fountain. These will provide an impressive backdrop to the event.
The course is flat and ideal for personal best performances. It will see the athletes leaving the Green and following the River Clyde before returning to the Green to complete the second lap of the two lap course.
Ample parking and public toilets are available around Glasgow Green. Race headquarters and start will be near the Peoples Palace.

There is also a 2K fun run priced at £3.50 for the kids and they will receive a medal, bottle of water and biscuit with their entry.
