Hedgehog Half Marathon

The Hedgehog Half Marathon is a 13.1 mile road race starting and finishing in the grounds of Normanby Hall Country Park in North Lincolnshire. The route heads out into the surrounding countryside, passing through picturesque villages and providing views towards the Humber Bridge and across the river before returning to the country park.

Runners follow an entirely road based course using a combination of partially closed roads and open, quiet country roads. The largely flat route provides a scenic setting for the half marathon distance, with support from local villages and the event team along the way. A separate one mile Hoglet Mile takes place within the grounds of Normanby Hall and is open to all ages.

The event supports Andrew's Hedgehog Hospital, helping to raise awareness and funds for the local wildlife charity. Half marathon finishers receive a Hedgehog Half medal, while entry also includes parking and access to Normanby Hall Country Park for the day, including spectators travelling in the same vehicle.
