Make your way out of Stanhope with a hard ascent up (Killing Me) Softly Bank towards Bollihope reaching a height of 1300ft. Move onto Hill End before making your way back through Stanhope and finishing at Stanhope Show field. You will take in the breath-taking views of the dales which will take your mind off this challenging but very rewarding run. 90% of the run takes place on road, 10% grass/trail.
