Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K is an evening road race along Bournemouth's famous seafront, forming part of the Run Bournemouth weekend of running.
Starting on Bournemouth Promenade at dusk, the 5K follows a scenic coastal route that includes the opportunity to run along Bournemouth Pier. Runners are encouraged to wear fluorescent clothing and bring glowing accessories, creating a colourful procession of lights against the evening seaside backdrop.
The event welcomes runners of different abilities and families looking to enjoy a distinctive running experience. The route finishes near the Run Bournemouth Hub in the Lower Gardens, where participants receive a medal, distance keyring, technical T-shirt and finisher's pack.
