It doesn't feel like it's already five weeks since nearly 5,000 people experienced the 13th 'Uber Boats by Thames Clippers' Richmond RUN-FEST on Sunday, 14 September 2025. The sold-out event saw 4,595 finishers in the full programme of six events: Richmond Marathon, Richmond Half Marathon, Richmond 10K, Kids Mile, Family Mile and Kids 500m.

It's the three adult races on sale now, and the 14th 'Uber Boats by Thames Clippers' Richmond RUN-FEST will return to a full weekend event with the iconic Richmond 10K, set entirely within the spectacular Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, on Saturday, 12 September 2026.

The Richmond Marathon and Richmond Half Marathon take centre stage on Sunday, 13 September 2026, starting within Kew Gardens and finishing with a fantastic free family music festival and fitness expo in historic Deer Park, Richmond.

Known for its bling-tastic, chunky triangular medals and male and female-cut, colourful tech T-shirts, Richmond RUN-FEST sells out earlier every year so our advice is to get your entry sorted early then you'll have plenty of time to follow a plan so you arrive on the start line in great shape.

Although all the races at Richmond RUN-FEST are beginner-friendly, keen marathon runners might like to know the course is clearly marked, England Athletics certified for accuracy, and is a London Marathon 'Good for Age' and Boston Marathon qualifier event. It's also acknowledged as the flattest marathon in London.
