Beautiful 5 mile loop around Epping Forest, starting and finishing at our club house, where you'll find a full aid station including refreshments, toilets, showers and first aid.
Timed event by experienced timekeepers. Memento/medal for all participants. Trophies awarded for winners.
Parking available close by by Chingford Station is reached directly from Liverpool St by train and is only a few minutes walk to our clubhouse.
