The Amazing Northampton Run is organised by Goldline Events and offers a Half Marathon, three person Half Marathon Relay and 3 mile Fun Run through the heart of Northampton.
Starting in the historic town centre, the Half Marathon follows a varied route past Northampton's three major sporting venues: Sixfields Stadium, Franklin's Gardens and the County Ground. Runners also pass through three parks, follow sections beside the River Nene and cross the University of Northampton campus before returning to the town centre.
The relay divides the Half Marathon into three legs, while the shorter Fun Run follows a separate route through Beckets Park. The event features pacers, water stations, marshals and enthusiastic local support. Half Marathon and relay finishers receive a medal and T-shirt, while Fun Run participants receive a medal.
