The Amazing Northampton Run brings runners together for a celebration of road running through the historic streets of England's largest town. Starting and finishing in Northampton's Market Square, the event offers a Half Marathon, a three person Half Marathon Relay and a family friendly 3 Mile Fun Run, making it a day that welcomes runners of all ages and abilities.
The Half Marathon route takes in many of Northampton's best known landmarks, including the River Nene, Sixfields Stadium, Franklin's Gardens, the County Ground, the University of Northampton campus and three of the town's parks before returning to the town centre finish. The relay shares the same scenic course, allowing teams to tackle the challenge together.
With chip timing, pacers, multiple aid stations, secure baggage facilities and enthusiastic community support, The Amazing Northampton Run combines an enjoyable race day atmosphere with a varied course that showcases the history, sporting heritage and green spaces of Northampton.
