Druridge Bay 6 Hour Event

Each lap is around 6.50 miles around the country park. A marathon is 4 laps and a half marathon is 2 laps. You may have to run a bit extra at the beginning or end if you want an exact measurement on your watch. The Garmin measured route includes a run on the beautiful beach and sand dunes, passing the large freshwater lakes and surrounding meadows, plus a section through the woodland. The route includes 2 closed roads, sand and trails. The route is mostly flat. The lap passes the drinks station, toilets and carpark. This event has an ARC permit.
