Windsor Women's 10K is an established women only road race through Windsor Great Park, first held in 2011 and now part of the Windsor RUN-FEST weekend.
Starting and finishing on the famous Long Walk, the fully closed road course winds through tree lined avenues and sweeping parkland, passing landmarks including the Copper Horse statue, Royal Lodge and the Jubilee statue of Queen Elizabeth II. The undulating route provides a varied challenge before a predominantly downhill final section towards Windsor Castle.
The race is chip timed, with pacers, experienced marshals, water stations and professional first aid support. Finishers receive a commemorative medal, with overall and age category prizes available. A music celebration and refreshments complete the race day experience in the historic royal setting.
