Action Heart Tuff Un
Runners set to take on the Action Heart Tuff Un 2025
The Action Heart Tuff Un returns to Baggeridge Country Park in Dudley on 16 November, promising another muddy, hilly and unforgettable challenge. Covering roughly six miles of multi-terrain trails, the race is well known for its tough but rewarding course, complete with steep climbs, woodland tracks, and even a shallow stream crossing. With a 90-minute cut-off time, the event welcomes runners of all levels who are ready to embrace the mud and test their limits.
The race has become a much-loved fixture on the local running calendar, thanks to its unique blend of grit, camaraderie and scenic surroundings. Participants can expect to slip and slide through trails, grassland and wetlands, all within the beautiful setting of the Green Flag award-winning Baggeridge Country Park.
More than just a great day of running, the event supports Action Heart, a West Midlands-based charity dedicated to cardiac rehabilitation. Based at Russells Hall Hospital, the charity provides structured exercise programmes, education and long-term support to people recovering from heart attacks, surgery or living with heart conditions. Proceeds from the race go directly to helping patients regain strength, confidence and quality of life.
Finishers of the Tuff Un will be rewarded with a race memento and a huge thank you from organisers, along with the satisfaction of conquering one of the toughest six-mile challenges around. For many, it is not just about completing the course but about enjoying the thrill of the mud, the climbs and the shared experience of a race that always lives up to its name.
