Let's Hear It For The Halfs

Paris Half Marathon

The Paris Half Marathon (6 March) Paris Half Marathon usually attracts 40,000 entrants and is expected to start in the vicinity of the Place de la Bastille. The scenic route runs beside the great River Seine, through Bois de Vincennes Park, and back alongside the Seine to finish in the heart of the city on Rue de Lyon. This is a lively and exciting half marathon and a great way to see the city, achieve a PB or use the experience as a stepping stone to a later marathon.

NYC Half Marathon

The United Airlines NYC Half (20 March) takes runners on a wonderful journey through different boroughs of the Big Apple. Starting in Brooklyn near Prospect Park runners head across the East River via the Manhattan Bridge. Once in Manhattan, runners will race along the Lower East Side, up to Midtown, and through Times Square before finishing in Central Park. The NYC Half sells out every year, with Destination Sport Experiences you can buy entry without the need to enter the lottery! In 2022, with St Patrick's day on Thursday before the NYC Half Weekend, this is a great opportunity to combine two iconic New York experiences.
