Mud, Mayhem & Zip Wire Fun
Sign up, lace up and prepare to make a splash at this mud-filled adventure race...
If you’re looking for a mud-drenched adventure, the Peak District has the perfect challenge waiting. Bog Commander is back and bringing more mud, more obstacles and more thrills than ever before - all set in the heart of one of Britain’s most spectacular landscapes.
This isn’t your typical 6K fun run. The Peak District Mud Run is designed to push runners to their limits with over 30 man-made obstacles, countless natural challenges and the kind of bogs, slides and tunnels that will leave everyone grinning through the grime. From the infamous bouncing bogs to the adrenaline-pumping death slide and even an epic cargo net crossing over the River Manifold, this course is a true test of grit, endurance and spirit.
And if that wasn’t enough, the course also boasts the longest zip wire in the Peak District, stretching over 260 metres - giving participants the chance to soar above the stunning countryside once they've battled through the mud below.
For those keen to share the adventure, the event also features a Family Wave, giving kids aged 12 and up the chance to tackle the full course alongside a parent or guardian. The mud will be churned, the obstacles will be conquered and the memories will last a lifetime - it’s a wild alternative to screen time and the perfect bonding challenge for adventurous families.
Whether you’re rallying your mates, rounding up colleagues or dragging the kids away from their consoles, this is your chance to get down, dirty and make your weekend one to remember. The Peak District Mud Run isn’t just another race - it’s an experience.
