Scenic Staffordshire Running Returns At Gnosall 10K

Beautiful multi terrain challenge returns...

The Gnosall 10K returns on Saturday 13 June 2026 with runners once again heading to the Staffordshire village for one of the region’s best known multi terrain races. Organised by Gnosall Globetrotters, the event starts and finishes at Gnosall Family Sports Club and combines trail paths, canal towpaths and countryside running across an undulating course.

The route takes runners along the Shropshire Union Canal, across farmland, through woodland at Broadhill and onto a disused railway line before returning through The Acres boardwalk section. The varied terrain and scenic surroundings make it popular with runners looking for a more relaxed and enjoyable race atmosphere rather than a pure PB chase.

The event has built a strong community reputation in Staffordshire, welcoming runners of all abilities while also raising money for local causes. Finishers receive a technical t shirt and post race goodies, while spot prizes and the Sam Myatt Trophy add to the occasion.

Entries are now open with the race limited to 400 runners. The event is UKA licensed and chip timed, with a family fun run also taking place before the main race starts at 10.30am. Organisers say demand is expected to be strong again for the 2026 edition.

You can enter now via Entry Central.
