runABC is in the process of upgrading and improving its online service so you might encounter the odd glitch over the next week or so but rest assured we’re working on them and the new site will be a fantastic resource for our running community.

Clocking Miles in a Winter Runderland

Run For All has announced the return of their festive mile motivator, the Winter Runderland. The challenge is all about keeping the miles going during December through social media.

Launched in 2018, the Winter Runderland brings the Run For All community together by sharing their December runs on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. To be involved, participants must submit a minimum of three runs per week and log their efforts through Garmin, MapMyRun or any other tracking app.

Each person who takes part in the challenge will be entered into the prize draw on a weekly basis to win some fantastic prizes. There is no minimum distance for the runs so participants can make them as challenging as they wish. Run For All will also publish individual logs every Wednesday so you can keep track of your miles and challenge yourself to as many miles throughout December.

Throughout the course of the month, Run For All will also be giving away the chance to win some extra prizes, ranging from complimentary entries to goodies from High5, Erdinger and Aftershokz. Weekly competitions will be announced via Run For All's social media every Monday so keep your eyes peeled for the next challenge.

A grand prize of free entry to all of the 2020 Run For All calendar events is also up for grabs. To be a part of the Winter Runderland community keep your eyes peeled on Run For All’s social media channels on 2 December and lace up those trainers.
