Aviemore 10K Race For All starts and finishes at Badaguish in the Cairngorms National Park. The course explores Glenmore Forest Park, taking runners through woodland and towards the shores of Loch Morlich against the backdrop of the surrounding Cairngorm mountains.

Runners begin with the scenic descent from Badaguish towards Loch Morlich before following the northern shore of the loch. The clockwise route then turns back towards Badaguish using forest tracks and paths. The course is predominantly off road but avoids serious ascent or descent, making it an accessible introduction to trail running as well as an attractive 10K for experienced runners.

Organised by Badaguish on behalf of the Speyside Trust, the 10K places an emphasis on scenic running through the Cairngorm landscape. The forest setting, lochside section and runnable terrain give the event its character while the start and finish at Badaguish provide a clear base for runners and spectators.
