Warrington Running Festival is a road running event in the heart of Warrington, featuring a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and 1 mile Fun Run. Starting and finishing around Bank Park, the festival brings runners of different ages and abilities together for a morning of racing through the town centre.
Runners can choose from three chip timed race distances, with courses taking in the streets of Warrington and kilometre markers positioned along the routes. The Half Marathon provides the longest challenge, while the 10K and 5K offer shorter alternatives and the 1 mile Fun Run gives families and younger participants an opportunity to join the event.
The festival is organised by RunThrough and combines competitive running with an energetic event village atmosphere. Finishers receive a themed medal and post race goodies, with free official race photography and live chip timed results also included for participants.
