The Timberhonger 10K is an established closed road race organised by Orbit Events, taking runners through the Worcestershire countryside from Sanders Park in Bromsgrove. First held in 2006, the event has become known for its friendly atmosphere, scenic surroundings and the famous Timberhonger Lane that gives the race its name.
The accurately measured 10K course follows quiet country roads including the length of Timberhonger Lane before looping through the rural lanes around Berry Lane and Newhouse Lane. Featuring several testing hills and a memorable finish across the open grass of Sanders Park, the route provides an enjoyable challenge for both first time 10K runners and experienced competitors.
