Runners will have the rare chance to tackle a challenging and scenic course this summer as The Brockhampton Beast returns on 7 June. Last staged in 2018, the popular 10K is making a comeback at the stunning National Trust Brockhampton Estate near Bringsty, Bromyard. The event marks the launch of a brand new running route within the estate grounds, with organisers granted special permission to host a race for a strictly limited field of just 100 runners.

True to its name, The Brockhampton Beast promises spectacular views alongside plenty of hills, offering a testing but memorable experience through one of Herefordshire’s most picturesque landscapes. With its mix of tough terrain and heritage surroundings, the race is set to appeal to runners looking for something a little different from the usual road 10K.

All finishers will receive a bespoke medal, with prizes awarded to the first three male and female runners across the line. With such a small entry limit and no entries available on the day, the event is expected to sell out quickly.

Facilities on site include a café and toilets, allowing runners and supporters to make the most of their visit to the estate. The event is organised by Pulse Events, a company known for delivering fun, accessible and good value events in inspiring outdoor locations. Their calendar includes running, cycling and bespoke challenges, all designed to help people from all walks of life enjoy the benefits of being active in the great outdoors.
