Surrey Half Marathon & 5K

Surrey Half Marathon & 5K is organised by RunThrough, with the start and finish located outside Woking Leisure Centre in Surrey. The event combines a professionally measured Half Marathon with a shorter 5K and a junior race, bringing runners of different ages and abilities together for a programme centred on Woking.

The Half Marathon follows a single loop course from central Woking into the surrounding countryside, using predominantly flat tarmac roads. With approximately 88 metres of elevation gain, the route is designed for fast times and personal best attempts. The 5K incorporates sections of the longer course, sharing the main start and finish gantry, while the junior race provides a shorter distance for younger participants.

Chip timing is provided, with three water stations along the Half Marathon route and refreshments at the finish. Local bands, cheering spectators and community support contribute to the atmosphere, while finishers receive a themed medal, free official race photography and post race goodies. Baggage facilities are available at the leisure centre.
