Run For The Tigers At Leicester's 10K

Leicester Tigers Foundation are appealing for participants to help them raise £21,000 at next year’s Leicester 10K to support its new Down Syndrome and Wheelchair Rugby teams.
The Tigers Foundation has been confirmed as a returning partner for the event which will take place on Sunday 3 March. The Leicester 10K will boast a city centre route which will start and finish at Jubilee Square.
The Leicester Tigers Foundation utilises the power and expertise within Leicester Tigers Rugby Club to help make a positive difference to the lives and opportunities of thousands of individuals and groups every year. The focus of the foundation is driven by its core values helping others across five key areas, Disability in Sport, Community Cohesion, Health, Education and Charities.
Commenting on the partnership, Sam Swift of the Leicester Tigers Foundation said: “2024 promises to be an incredibly exciting year ahead for the Leicester Tigers Foundation, with the brilliant additions of our Down Syndrome and Junior Wheelchair Rugby teams, respectively. As with many of our programmes, we rely heavily on the support of our generous donators, to sustain the exciting initiatives and allow them to grow.”
