The Sheffield 10K is organised by Run For All in partnership with Sheffield City Council and brings thousands of runners onto the streets of the Steel City.
Starting on Arundel Gate in Sheffield city centre, the 10K follows a road course through the city, with enthusiastic local support contributing to the atmosphere along the route. Pacers help runners aiming for particular finish times, while water stations and medical teams provide support around the course.
Every runner receives chip timing, an exclusive finisher medal and a goody bag, with the option to order a finisher T shirt. An event village provides food and drink, baggage facilities and other services before and after the race.
The combination of a central Sheffield setting, large field and strong crowd support has established the Sheffield 10K as a major fixture in the South Yorkshire running calendar.
