Road Running Show Commences Next Month
England Athletics have announced an exciting series of road shows that will take place across the country from next month. The events are designed with an all-inclusive fee with runners, club officers and coaches all invited along to share ideas and find out about the new and existing initiatives on offer from England Athletics.
The Road Shows begin on Monday 12 February in London and will also take place in Peterborough (12 February), Washington (12 February), Exeter (19 February), Tamworth (20 February) before closing on Wednesday 21 February with an event at the Holiday Inn Sports Village in Greater Manchester.
All of the events will detail the support England Athletics can offer through such programmes as the Club Run, Masters Age Group Opportunities and Event Organisers’ Workshops.
The sessions will also be attended by an international athlete or experienced coach, who will talk about their experiences, training and club coaching environments.
