Liverpool MoRun brings the nationwide MoRunning series to Croxteth Hall Country Park, with 5K, 10K and half marathon distances plus a Mini MoRun for children. The event welcomes runners of all abilities and raises awareness and funds for Movember and men's health.
The main races follow multi-lap routes through the park, using a mixture of paths and park roads through the extensive grounds surrounding Croxteth Hall. The course is predominantly flat with some gentle undulations, while the Mini MoRun gives younger runners their own shorter challenge as part of the event.
The races are chip timed and finishers receive a MoRunning medal, headband and refreshments. Fancy dress and moustaches are encouraged, helping create the distinctive atmosphere found across the nationwide MoRunning series.
