Jedburgh Half Marathon and 10K form the Sunday programme of the Jedburgh Running Festival, with both races starting in front of historic Jedburgh Abbey.
Runners pass through the town centre before heading north along the A68 and into the surrounding countryside. The routes combine rural single carriageway sections with closed main roads through the Jed Valley.
The 10K reaches a turnaround point at 5K before returning towards Jedburgh. Half Marathon runners continue east towards Crailing and Eckford before beginning their return journey. Both races head back along the A698 and A68 before finishing on grass beside the river opposite Queen Mary's House.
The races are chip timed, with water stations around the courses and a commemorative medal for all finishers. Race registration and changing facilities are at Jed Thistle Rugby Club near Lothian Car Park.
