A lovely route which, with the exception of a small farm track, is all on road. Runners pass through the village of Bewerley, out on the road towards Glasshouses, and then head along the farm track on the south of the river Nidd towards Darce Banks. Things then get interesting as you then climb to Dacre and take the roads around Heyshaw and Nought Moor before a thrilling descent back into Bewerley with a final cheeky climb back to the finish line.
