The Forres Harriers Brodie Castle 10K is a certified road race based at the historic Brodie Castle in Moray. The race starts within the picturesque castle grounds before heading out onto the surrounding roads, returning to the estate for a memorable finish.
Runners begin on the entrance road to Brodie Castle with a traffic free start before joining roads that remain open to other traffic. The measured 10K course is fully marshalled and brings runners back into the castle grounds during the final kilometre, with the finish positioned directly in front of the castle.
The race is chip timed and held under a Scottish Athletics licence, with prizes for leading male and female runners as well as age category winners. All finishers receive a medal or memento, with refreshments available from the castle cafés after the race.
