Paula Radcliffe's Families on Track is a 10K family relay that brings adults and children together to complete a shared running challenge on a safe, closed course.
Teams of three to five complete the 10K using any combination of 250m, 500m and longer 750m to 1K laps. Each runner completes individual legs before changing over in the Family Zone, allowing team members of different ages and abilities to contribute towards the total distance.
Once a team reaches 10K, the whole family comes together for the final glory leg to the finish. With family pens for teammates to cheer from, plus medals and T-shirts for participants, the event puts teamwork and family participation at the centre of the running experience.
