Then onto public footpaths with crossing points at road junctions organisers are being assisted by a number of voluntary marshals at every junction The safety of all is paramount and it is a condition of entry that competitors must follow the instructions of the marshals. All runners /Walkers must enter emergency contact details on the back of their number. To ensure runner safety the wearing of Headphones will be strictly prohibited.
